Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Leek
  2. 2 Aloo/egg
  3. 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 cup Atta
  6. to taste Salt
  7. as required Oil
  8. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1-2 green chopped chilli
  10. 1/4 tsp Masala powder

Instructions

  1. Adding egg and milk while kneading the dough makes the Paratha soft.first boil the potatoes and peel them. The potatoes should be mashed very well.then Fry onion,then add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add leek fry 5_10 minutes.Add aloo,salt, turmeric powder,mirchi,masala.Add kasuri methi.
  3. Heat a large heavy bottomed skillet (such as cast iron) over medium-low heat, adding enough oil to cover the bottom. Fry about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. When done, place on a paper.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or nondairy yogurt.
