Add leek fry 5_10 minutes.Add aloo,salt, turmeric powder,mirchi,masala.Add kasuri methi.
Heat a large heavy bottomed skillet (such as cast iron) over medium-low heat, adding enough oil to cover the bottom. Fry about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. When done, place on a paper.
Serve hot with chutney or nondairy yogurt.
