  • curd 2 cups
  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • sugar. 1/2 cup
  • Few saffron strands
  • Pinch cardamom pwdr
  • Chopped nuts

How to make Mango shrikhand / Aamrakhand

  1. 1-Hung curd for 5-6 hours add in the blender.
  2. 2- Peel mangoes and extract its pulp in the blender.
  3. 3-Add sugar and blend it well.
  4. 4-Add Cardamom pwdr.
  5. 5- Add saffron strands.
  6. 6- Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
  7. 7- Garnish with nuts
  8. 8-Serve chilled with hot puri enjoy it with family.

My Tip:

Hung curd should not be sour.
