  • 3 green chilies chopped,
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves,
  • salt,
  • 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  • 1 tsp cumin,
  • Pinch of ajjwain
  • oil fr frying

How to make KOTMIR VADI

  1. 1 BOWL BESAN, 1 BUNCH CORIANDER LEAVE'S, SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILLY PD, 1 TSP CUMMIN, PINCH OF AJJWAIN, 2/3 GREEN CHILIES CHOPPED
  2. CLEAN N WASH CORIANDER LEAVES N KEEP IN STEEL STRAINER
  3. CHOP CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. IN MIXING BOWL ADD BESAN N CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. ADD GREEN CHILIES
  6. ADD SALT
  7. ADD RED CHILLY PD
  8. ADD AJJWAIN
  9. ADD CUMIN
  10. MIX NICELY
  11. ADD REQUIRED WATER N MAKE A DOUGH
  12. ADD LITTLE OIL
  13. IN PAN PUT WATER N KEEP TO BOIL
  14. SPREAD OIL ON STEEL STRAINER
  15. RUB IT
  16. N TAKE SMALL PART N MAKE LITTLE BALL'S
  17. WATER IS BOILING
  18. ON KEEP STEEL STRAINER ON IT
  19. AND LET IT STEAM
  20. WHEN IT CHANGES COLOR FLIP SIDE
  21. WITH KNIFE U CAN FLIP THEM
  22. REMOVE N CUT INTO DESIRED PIECE'S
  23. SMALL PIECES
  24. KEEP OIL TO HEAT N ADD IT
  25. FRY IN BATCHES
