Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage cheese (paneer) 400 grams
  2. Chilli garlic sauce 6 tablespoon
  3. Minty green chutney 6 tablespoon
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Boondi 2 cups
  6. Making Batter::
  7. Gram flour 2 cups
  8. Ginger-garlic paste 3 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. A pinch of baking soda
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cottage cheese into 2 inch by half inch pieces.
  2. Slit the cottage cheese pieces into 2 separate cut for filling.
  3. Now ,stuff the chilli garlic sauce in one part and fill minty green chutney in another part of each pieces.
  4. In a bowl,add boondi and crush the boondi with your hand,set aside.
  5. In another big bowl,add gram flour,ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,baking soda and salt.Add sufficient water and whisk well to make a batter of coating consistency.
  6. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai,dip each pieces of cottage cheese into the batter.
  7. Now roll it in the crushed boondi.
  8. Deep fry on medium heat till crisp and golden brown
  9. Drain all pakodas on a absorbent paper.
  10. Serve hot with green chutney.
