These chunky cookie shot glasses make such a fun treat for both kids and adults. These cookie cups are ultra rich, and Oh so delicious !

For Cookie Cups:
18-19 Good Day Choco Chunkies
2 tsp milk or as required
Disposable thermocol glasses
For Filling:
Vanilla ice cream or any ice cream of your choice
For Garnishing:
Whipped cream
Choco chunkies, cut into small pieces
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Instructions
Cookie Cups:
Take chunkies and milk in a dish/bowl and crumble it with your fingertips.
Form the cookie shots inside the disposable thermocol glasses, spreading evenly and making the walls of the cookie shot about 1/4 inch thick. Make sure you don't leave any gaps, otherwise, your cookie glass will have holes.
Freeze for at least 3 hours or more.
NOTE: Don't add 2 tsp milk at once. Add 1 tsp first then only add more if required. It shouldn't be runny.
Filling:
Once cookie shots are set, melt some vanilla ice cream in a bowl by leaving it at room temperature.
How To Proceed:
Remove the thermocol glasses one by one so the rest doesn't start to melt. Keep a dish/tray besides you which can fit in your freezer.
Now with a sharp knife/cutter make few slits carefully to gently peel off the thermocol glass.
Once the cookie shots are removed, place it on the dish/tray and pop it in the freezer. Repeat with all the remaining glasses.
Garnishing:
Keep your whipped cream, cookies and chocolate syrup ready.
Remove the cookie cups and place it carefully on your serving dish.
Fill the cups with melted vanilla ice cream and pipe some whipped cream on top.
Drizzle some syrup. Add cookie chunks. Feel free to pop on your favorite add ons here.
