Dahi Mach

Ingredients to make Dahi Mach

  • dahi 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tomatoes
  • A few curry leaves
  • 2 onions
  • haldi- a pinch
  • salt as per taste
  • green chillies
  • mustard paste 2 tablespoons

How to make Dahi Mach

  1. Add all the ingredients to the raw fish and marinate it well with mustard oil.
  2. Refrigerate it for few minutes.
  3. Heat a pan with few drops of oil
  4. Drop down the mixture and cook it at low flame for 10-15 mins..... add a little water to maintain consistency.
  5. Your steamed fish is ready.
