ABOUT Malabari Sulaimani Chai RECIPE

An aromatic, spicy and a soothing tea that originates from the Malabar region in Kerala. Traditionally it is served after a heavy meal to aid in digestion. It is therefore healthy and a comfort drink by all means. Some people even add cinnamon and saffron to it but nonetheless, it is quite an appealing one for sure. Honey can also be used if desired and relish this lovely looking chai on any given day for that amazing aroma and taste. Happy Brewing!
