Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Purple yam 250 grams
  2. Peanuts 2 tablespoon
  3. Chana dal 2 tablespoon
  4. 1 to 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. Few green chillies
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the purple yam
  2. Spread the grated yam on a plate
  3. Meanwhile heat oil for frying
  4. Start frying on medium flame
  5. Similarly fry the green chillies, curry leaves , chana dal and the peanuts
  6. Mix all the fried items. Add salt and sugar
