Its a healthy quick and filling salad.

Chickpea Salad

Ingredients to make Chickpea Salad

  • 1 cup chickpeas boiled
  • 1 Large onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber cut into small pieces
  • 1 potato boiled and cut into small pieces
  • Few coriander leaves chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp Chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Amul cheese cut in small pieces (optional)

How to make Chickpea Salad

  1. In a bowl add chickpeas. Then add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, cucumber,potato & coriander leaves. Then add chaat masala, lemon juice & salt.Mix it well. At last add cheese.
