About Liver Fry Recipe

Lamb liver marinated with spices and stir fried.

Liver Fry

Ingredients to make Liver Fry

  • 250 gms lamb liver
  • Half cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic ginger coriander paste
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • Half tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Liver Fry

  1. Heat oil, saute chopped onions till light brown.
  2. Add marinated liver with salt, all spices and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Stir fry for 10 min.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice and chopped coriander.
