About Rambha Paaka Recipe

Super, easy yet lip smacking tasty "Rambha paaka" is just like jamun. It is just like jamun taste. Look wise it's not resemblance to jamun, but taste wise jamun. It is popular traditional dessert in coastal area. It is all time favorite dessert from my childhood by my grandma.

Ingredients to make Rambha Paaka

  • Ripe Nendra banana 1
  • jaggery syrup 1 cup
  • Cooking oil for deep fry

How to make Rambha Paaka

  1. PEEL OFF THE OVER RIPE NENDRA BANANA
  2. CUT INTO CIRCULAR DISCS
  3. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  4. FLIP AND FRY
  5. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN BOTH THE SIDES
  6. ONCE DONE, DRAIN ON KITCHEN TOWEL
  7. TAKE A CUP OF JAGGERY SYRUP
  8. DIP ALL ONE BY ONE
  9. COAT WITH JAGGERY SYRUP, ALLOW IT MINIMUM HALF AN HOUR TO ABSORB SWEETNESS AND SERVE
