Besan ka chilla

Ingredients to make Besan ka chilla

  • besan (200 gms)
  • water (1 cup)
  • salt (1 tbsp)
  • red chilli (1/2 tbsp)
  • Chat masala (1/2 tbsp)
  • Green chillis (4 to 5)
  • coriander
  • Refined oil (4 tbsp)
  • onion (1 pc)

How to make Besan ka chilla

  1. Finely chop onion and green chillis.
  2. Take besan and add sufficient water to it to make the batter not too thick as well as not too thin.
  3. Add onions, green chillies, salt, red chilli, chat masala and coriander to it.
  4. Take a non stick pan and coat it with a little oil.
  5. Put a half bowl batter over the pan and spread it uniformly.
  6. Flip it and coat it again with a little oil.
  7. Your chilla is ready to be served hot with tomato sauce or any chutney.
