This recipe is a unique combination of jaipuri and hydrabadi chicken gravy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 500 grams
  2. Ghee 3 tablespoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  6. Jeera powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Onion and coriandar paste 1 cup
  8. Chopped green chilli 6 to 7(optional)
  9. Red chiili powder 2 tablespoon
  10. Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
  13. Kaju paste 1 cup
  14. Cream 2 tablespoon
  15. Khawa 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and keep it aside
  2. In a big pan add ghee , giner garlic paste and jeera powder and saute it
  3. Then add onion and coriandar paste add termuric powder and salt .
  4. Then add chicken pieces and all the spices like red chilli powder ,garam masala , coriandar powder green chilli (optional).
  5. Add some water to avoid stickness of spices
  6. After 10 minute add kaju paste cream and khawa one by one
  7. Put flame low cook it 5 minute after that garnish with coriandar leaves and serve hot
