ABOUT Chocolate Chip Cookies RECIPE

This easy to bake, chocolate chip cookie recipe is a great for any occasion. The crisp edges and soft crunch with a bittersweet taste leave your mout watering for more.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup Flour
  2. 2 cups Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
  3. 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  4. 2 cups Unsalted Butter
  5. 3 Eggs
  6. 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  7. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  8. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  9. 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar together until its fluffy and light. Beat in eggs one by one.
  3. Add vanilla extract with the last egg.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
  5. Beat in the flour mixture in the butter,egg, sugar mixture.
  6. Drop chocolate chips in the mixture and mix without breaking them.
  7. Make small cookies out of the dough and place on baking dish with parchment paper.
  8. Bake the cookies for 18-20 mins until they are brown.
  9. Once the cookies are ready, take it out the oven. Transfer carefully onto wire racks to crisp and cool.
  10. Serve with milk or tea.
  11. Store in airtight jars.

I made the recipe without egg ,I also added Maida in wheat flour...
