Rainbow Panacotta

Ingredients to make Rainbow Panacotta

  • Fresh cream 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • sugar 1/3 cup
  • Gelatine unflavoured 1.5 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Food colours

How to make Rainbow Panacotta

  1. Boil 2 cups of cream, 1 cup milk and 1/3 cup of sugar in a non stick pan.
  2. Add vanilla essence.
  3. Let it cool for sometime.
  4. Dissolve gelatine in cold water and add it to above mixture. Mix well to avoid lump formation.
  5. Divide cream mixture into 7 different bowls.
  6. Add different colours in each bowl. Mix well.
  7. Pour first layer in a glass and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  8. Once the first layer is set, pour the second layer carefully with the help of a spoon. Put it in the freezer.
  9. Pour each layer similarly and put it in the refrigerator till it sets completely. It takes about 20-30 minutes for each layer to set.
