About Eggless Choco-Vanilla Shots Recipe

A quick dessert with heavenly combination of chocolate ganache and vanilla cream. Its a layered dessert served in glass, has a layer of vanilla cake topped with chocolate ganache, then again vanilla cake topped with whipped cream and finally chocolate ganache.

Eggless Choco-Vanilla Shots

Ingredients to make Eggless Choco-Vanilla Shots

  • Vanilla cake:
  • Readymade premix or ready sponge cake 1 pack
  • Chocolate ganache:
  • Dark chocolate 200 gms
  • Amul fresh cream 150ml
  • Vanilla cream:
  • Whipped cream or amul fresh cream (i used whipped cream)
  • Glasses for serving

How to make Eggless Choco-Vanilla Shots

  1. Bake a vanilla cake as per instructions on pack or one can use ready made sponge cake.
  2. Let it cool down.
  3. Take a cookie cutter of round shape and cut cake according to width of the glass.
  4. Heat amul cream in a pan till the bubbles start forming.
  5. Add chopped dark chocolate into the cream.
  6. Switch off the gas.
  7. Mix the cream and chocolate until it melts.
  8. Cover with cling wrap and let it cool down at room temperature.
  9. Whip the cream till it forms stiff peaks. Add vanilla essence. One can add flavour and color of choice.
  10. Its time to assemble.
  11. Put round cut cake slices in each glass, then pour piped ganache over it, again put cake slice and then vanilla cream, finally pipe beautiful ganache over it. One can repeat the layers if glass is not filled.
  12. Yummy chocolate vanilla shot is ready.
  13. Let it chill in the fridge before serving.
