Ingredients to make Cheesy Bursts

  • potato 2
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gms
  • Frozen corn 2 tbsp
  • Frozen peas 2 tbsp
  • carrot 1
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Pasta herbs 1 tsp
  • corn flour 1 tbsp
  • coriander few sprigs
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • All purpose flour to make the batter
  • Bread crumbs - enough to coat the balls

How to make Cheesy Bursts

  1. Potato is boiled and mashed.
  2. Corn and peas boiled for 2 minutes.
  3. Grated mozzarella cheese is added to veggies and mixed with the spices mentioned.
  4. Dipped in all purpose flour having batter consistency.
  5. Covered with bread crumbs and fried in oil.
  6. Serve hot to enjoy the oozing cheese.
