Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi masala noodles 1 packet
  2. Boiled potatoes - 2, small
  3. Grated carrots 1/4 cup
  4. 1/2 Capsicum diced
  5. Green chilies - 1 ,finely chopped
  6. Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
  7. Red chili powder 1/8 tsp
  8. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp , finely chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil Maggi noodles without adding the masala.
  2. Mash potatoes and add to noodles
  3. Add bread crumbs to mixture
  4. Add diced capsicum, grated carrot, salt, masala packet of maggi, cumin powder, green chilies and coriander leaves. Mix well to form soft dough
  5. Shape mixture into cutlets.
  6. Deep fry cutlets until golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately
