We all have tried aloo chaat multiple times , here i am sharing a recipe of arbi chaat

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gms of arbi
  2. 2 tbsp green coriander chutney
  3. 1 tbsp khajur imli chutney
  4. 1 tsp chaat masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 cup Grated cabbage
  7. 4 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
  8. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Parboil the arbi in cooker for 1 whistle
  2. Peel and chop arbi. Deep fry arbi until golden brown. Drain excess oil and keep it aside
  3. In a mixing bowl , add green coriander chutney, khajur imli chutney, salt , chat masala, freshly chopped coriander leaves ,grated cabbage and mix well
  4. Just before serving , add deeply fried arbi. Garnish and serve
