ABOUT Tomato Soup with Alphabet Pasta RECIPE

It's my own version of soup. My daughter is a swimmer and whenever she comes back from the pool, she prefers to have a warm, healthy and yummy soup. She has inspired me to create this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 Onion
  2. 3 Tomatoes
  3. 1 stalk of celery
  4. 3 cloves of garlic
  5. 1/2 potato
  6. 2 tsp of black peppercorns
  7. 1 bay leaf
  8. Alphabet pasta
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker and heat it on the gas stove.
  2. Add the butter into it then saute the peppercorns, bay leaf, onion, garlic and celery.
  3. Once the onion turns brown or translucent, chop the tomatoes, add them, and sauté until it becomes mushy.
  4. Add two glasses of water and pressure cook for two whistles.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the alphabet pasta and stay ready to add it to the soup.
  6. Allow the cooked vegetables to cool for some time and then grind it into a fine paste.
  7. Add two glasses of water to the fine paste and then add the cooked alphabet pasta and then allow the mixture to boil in the pressure cooker in low flame for some time.
  8. The most important step of all is to serve it hot.
