Meethi Seviyan

Ingredients to make Meethi Seviyan

  • 1 cup roasted seviyan
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • Few crushed cardmom seeds
  • Nuts as per choice
  • 2 tbsp ghee

How to make Meethi Seviyan

  1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan.
  2. Add seviyan, roast them a little and add cardamom.
  3. Add water and let them boil.
  4. Add sugar once the seviyan are half cooked.
  5. Mix well and cook till the water dries up.
  6. Garnish with nuts and serve hot.

My Tip:

Add sugar when you feel seviyan is half cooked.
