Suji Cookies

Ingredients to make Suji Cookies

  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powderd sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold fresh butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Few pieces of raisins

How to make Suji Cookies

  1. First in a bowl whisk butter and sugar till frothy.
  2. Next add suji and maida in it.
  3. Make a soft dough. Add some milk, if required.
  4. Take small dumplings of the dough, make round and flat balls.
  5. Place 1 raisin on each piece.
  6. Place on a greased or lined tray.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until baked.
  8. Enjoy with coffee, tea or milk.

My Tip:

Do not over do the dough.
