ABOUT Chocochips Choclate Cookies RECIPE

Yummy, crunchy and crispy chocolate cookies.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup All purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/2 Cup Butter
  4. 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  5. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  6. 2 tbsp milk powder
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl till they are light and fluffy.
  2. Add sifted flour, cocoa powder and milk powder in it.
  3. Add the baking powder as well.
  4. Add choco chips and make a soft and crumbly dough.
  5. Cover the dough with cling film.
  6. Keep it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  7. Take it out and make balls(around 1 inch) with the dough.
  8. Flatten them a little.
  9. Place them on a greased tray.
  10. In a preheated oven, bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
  11. Serve with coffee, tea or milk.
