Healthy version of paneer fritters

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gram tofu sliced lengthwise
  2. Gram flour 1 cup
  3. Salt ¾ spoon
  4. Red chilli powder ½ spoon
  5. Baking soda 1 pinch
  6. Water
  7. Oil fir frying

Instructions

  1. Make a thick batter with gram flour,salt, chilli powder,soda and water
  2. Dip each slice of tofu into the batter and deep fry in hot oil
  3. Serve hot with sauce
