Mango cheesecake

Ingredients to make Mango cheesecake

  • 2 Mangoes pureed
  • 200 gm cream cheese
  • butter melted 8 tbsp
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Marie biscuit 20 nos
  • Agar agar 2 tbsp

How to make Mango cheesecake

  1. Blend biscuits in a blender add melted butter. Line a pie dish and refrigerate 10 to 15 mins to set.
  2. Whip cream cheese with sugar till fluffy. Pour mixture over biscuit base. Let set again for 10 mins.
  3. Puree the mangoes adjust sweetness as per taste.
  4. Disslove agar agar in hot water. let it cool a bit and add to mango puree.
  5. Pour final mango layer over cream cheese.
  6. Chill overnight or 7 to 8 hrs and serve cold.
