Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1and 1/2cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2cup mango paste
  3. 1/2cup mango chunks
  4. 1/2cup milk
  5. 1/2cup condensed milk
  6. 1Tea spoon baking powder
  7. 1/2tea spoon baking soda
  8. 1spoon vanilla essance
  9. 2spoon butter
  10. 1spoon vinegar
  11. 1/2cup powder sugar
  12. 1/2cup oil
  13. 1)4cup milk powder
  14. pistachio for garnish
  15. 100gram white chocolate
  16. Amul fresh cream as per need

Instructions

  1. In a glass add 1/2 cup milk 1tea spoon vanilla essence and 1spoon vinegar mix well and keep aside
  2. Sift 1and 1/2cup all purpose flour ,baking powder baking soda twice and keep aside
  3. In a mixing bowl add 1/2cup sugar powder 1/4cup oil ,2spoon butter 1/2cup condensed milk and mix till it becomes smooth
  4. Now in wet mixture add dry mixture and milk mixture little by little and fold the cake batter
  5. Add mango puree mango chunks and milk powder and mix well
  6. Greese the baking tin and pour the batter into the mould
  7. Now time for start baking
  8. Bake into patila or oven for 30to 35 mintues
  9. Set Temperature according to your oven I will bake in patila for 35 mintues
  10. Put a knife or toothpic into the cake if toothpic is clear it means cake is ready
  11. Melt white chocolate with little cream and pour onto the cake and garnish with pistachio
  12. Your yum mango cake is ready
  13. Enjoy
