Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 to 5 long green chillies
  2. 1 tsp amchur powder
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 cup besan
  5. 1 tbsp corn flour
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder together. Keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile slit the chillies from centre lengthwise
  3. Fill the mixture of salt and amchur powder
  4. Now dip these chillies in the batter and deep fry them
  5. Serve hot
