Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Manchurian Balls
  2. Cabbage 1.5 kg
  3. Maida 1 cup
  4. Corn flour 4 tbsp
  5. coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  9. Salt 2 tsp
  10. Oil for frying
  11. FOR MASALA
  12. Chopped Spring onion leaves 1 cup
  13. Capsicum 1/2 cup
  14. Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
  15. Chopped Garlic 1/2 tsp
  16. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Green chilly paste 1/2 tsp
  18. salt as needed
  19. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  20. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  21. Tomato sauce 2 TSP
  22. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  23. Cornflour slurry 3 tbsp
  24. Chopped Spring onion leaves for garnishing
  25. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grate cabbage and rinse all possible water from it.
  2. Add all ingredients mentioned listed above.
  3. Mix well and make small round shaped balls.
  4. Heat oil and fry balls till done.
  5. In a non stick pan heat up oil, saute chopped ginger garlic for few seconds
  6. Saute chopped onion and green chilly paste for few seconds.
  7. Ad chopped capsicum, and quickly saute it.
  8. Ad black pepper powder, red chilly sauce, soy sauce, and tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
  9. Cook on high flame for few seconds.
  10. Ad fried balls and cook till 5 minute.
  11. Ad cornflour slurry and 1/2 cup water, mix well.
  12. Cook for 5 more minutes, switch off the flame
  13. Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves.
