Ingredients to make Mango Mastani

  • Chopped mangoes 2
  • Full cream chilled milk 1cup
  • sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla icecream / Mango icecream 2-3 scoops
  • Ice cubes ( optional)
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Tutti fruity. 2tbls

How to make Mango Mastani

  1. First keep the bowl and batter in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile combine chopped mangoes, sugar and blend it to make smooth and creamy.
  3. Add chilled milk and ice cubes, and mix it well.
  4. Fill the glass with this mango milk shake leaving some space for ice cream.
  5. Refrigerate the glasses. Now remove the batter from the refrigerator and add the cream.
  6. Beat the cream on medium high speed until it reaches soft peaks
  7. Take out the glasses from the fridge.
  8. Top up the glasses with dollop of ice cream and put some cream around the ice cream.
  9. Garnish with tutti fruity
  10. Serve Immedietly, enjoy deliciousness

My Tip:

Refregerate cream and batte for half an hour.
