Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Swaminarayana flour
  2. 6 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoon Ginger Chilli paste
  4. half teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. half teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. salt is purchased
  7. one teaspoon lemon juice
  8. some chopped green coriander leaves
  9. oil for frying
  10. 4-5 Kadi Patta

Instructions

  1. heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan
  2. add cuminseeds,kadi patta and Ginger Chilli paste.
  3. then add boiled potatoes
  4. then red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.
  5. mix well all the ingredients and add coriander leaves and keep it aside.
  6. In amixing bowl add Swaminarayan Aata,salt, water and make a little thick better.
  7. make small balls of potato masala.
  8. heat oil in a pan
  9. dip the balls in the better and deep fry in hot oil.
