Veg version of chicken lollipop!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Boiled mashed potatoes 1 cup
  5. Chopped beans 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  7. Chopped beetroot 1/4 cup
  8. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  9. Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Potato cut like finger chips 1
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida, salt,oil.
  2. Mix well and knead a soft dough.
  3. Keep rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non stick pan and saute onion till transparent.
  5. Saute green chillies paste, chopped beans, beetroot quickly.
  6. Now as 1/4 cup water and cook till few minutes.
  7. Ad mashed potatoes, salt ,Schezwan sauce and cook for few seconds.
  8. Switch off the flame and keep aside till cool
  9. Now again punch dough for few seconds.
  10. Take small portion from dough and make small roti.
  11. Stuff potato mixture and cover , hold with finger chip like a lollipop.
  12. Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden colour appear.
  13. Serve with ketchup.
