Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Lava Cake

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour ,chopped
  • 200 gm semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 stick/8 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 can evaporated milk

How to make Eggless Chocolate Lava Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C. Grease 6 to 8(4 ounce) ramekins or mini cake pans with oil or butter. In a microwave safe bowl add chopped chocolate and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir..
  2. Add sifted flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Now add vanilla extract and evaporated milk.Whisk until combined.
  3. Pour in the prepared ramekins. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until top is puffy and firm and the center is soft.
  4. Remove from oven, run a knife along the edges of ramekins.Invert them in serving plates.Dust with cocoa or powdered sugar.
  5. Serve warm with fresh strawberries or whipped cream.
