Ingredients to make Dark Chocolate Tiny Tart with Magnificent Mango Magic.

  • For tart
  • Dark chocolate 100gms
  • For Filling
  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color( if required) few drops
  • Mango essence 3-4 drops

How to make Dark Chocolate Tiny Tart with Magnificent Mango Magic.

  1. 1. Melt the chocolate in double boiler or micro wave
  2. 2. If using micro wave do it in batches
  3. 3. Mix well so that no lumps are there
  4. 4. Let the chocolate come to room temperature, it should not be hot to touch
  5. 5. Take a silicon tart mould or paper liners that are used for designer chocolate packings.
  6. You can use mould of any shape and size
  7. 6. I used paper liners. Coat the liners with help of brush with melted chocolate.
  8. 7. Once completely coated keep it in deep freezer for 5 mins
  9. 8. Again do the second coating and keep in deep freezer.
  10. 9. Check if chocolate is coated properly, if not you can repeat the step 3 time.
  11. 10. Start tearing the paper liner very carefully so that you do not break the chocolate.
  12. 11. Keep in fridge.
  13. 12. Whip the cream on low speed.
  14. 13. Add mango pulp and essence
  15. Mix with spatula.
  16. 14. Pipe in a bag with star nozzle and fill the tarts.
  17. 15. Decorate with your choice.
  18. 16. Yipeee and tiny tarts are ready to serve.
  19. 17. Keep in fridge till serving.
  20. 18. Serve chilled. Enjoy....
