Ingredients to make Nutty Atta Laddoos !
- Wholewheat Flour- 3/4th cup
- Ghee- 4 tbspn
- Peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Green Cardamom/ Choti Elaichi- 4-5, powdered
- Jaggery/Gud- 2 cups
- White Sesame Seeds/ Safed Til- a generous handful
- Dry Fruits of your Choice- Like slivered Almonds, finely chopped pistachios and Raisins
- Dessicated Coconut- 2 heaped tbspns
- Water- 2 cups or more,as required
How to make Nutty Atta Laddoos !
My Tip:Apply a little ghee on your palm while shaping the mixture into laddoos, this prevents it from sticking on to your palms and also helps the dessicated coconut coat the laddoos well.
