Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sprouted whole moong
  2. 1 cup sprouted mauth
  3. 1 tsp Ginger Chilli paste
  4. half cup chopped green coriander leaves
  5. half tsp red chilli powder
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Pinch of turmeric powder
  8. Pinch of asafoetida
  9. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. in a mixer jar add sprouted moong and mauth and grind for 2 minutes and make a better.
  2. Now take it in a bowl and add ginger chilli paste and all dry spices and mix well.
  3. heater Tawa and grease with some oil.
  4. Pour one tablespoon better on tawa and spread like dosa.
  5. cook from both side till crisp
