Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw Mango-4 grated
  2. Bolied potatoes -2
  3. Chopped green chilles -4
  4. Ginger chopped -1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Bhaja Masala or Roasted Masala-(Roast 1tsp Cumin seeds.1 tsp Coriander seeds...4 Red chilli..1'" Chinamon Stick..3 cloves..4 Green Cardamom and grind them into powder)
  7. Oil-1 cup
  8. Besan-1 cup
  9. Red chili powder -1 tsp
  10. Water-as needed
  11. Soda -1 pinch
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Rock salt-1 tsp(optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add grated raw mangoes
  2. Add boiled potatoes in that bowl
  3. Add salt,turmeric powder ,bhaja mashla
  4. Add chopped green chillies andmix well
  5. Mix well
  6. Take few portion and make small round shaped fritters
  7. Add besan into a bowl,add salt,red chili powder and soda
  8. Add required amount of water to make a thick batter
  9. Heat oil in a karai
  10. Now dip the fritters into besan
  11. Add this into hot oil and fry on medium flame ubtil golden brown
  12. Sprinkle rock salt on top
