ABOUT Eggless Mango Cream Cookie Shots RECIPE

Edible coconut cookie shot glasses filled with yummilicious mango cream!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For coconut cookie -
  2. Maida 150g
  3. Sugar 50g
  4. Butter 100g
  5. Dessicated coconut 50g
  6. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Milk if required
  8. For Mango Cream -
  9. Mangoes - 3 pieces
  10. Cream - 200g
  11. Sugar if required

Instructions

  1. For coconut cookie-
  2. Mix sugar and butter together and beat them till light and fluffy.
  3. Mix maida and baking powder and sieve them together. Add dessicated coconut to it.
  4. Add these dry ingredients into the sugar and butter mixture.
  5. Mix till you form a dough. Add milk if the dough is too dry.
  6. Grease and dust the shot glass. (Make sure it is oven proof otherwise it can break in the oven)
  7. Put the dough inside the glass and Pat it along the shot glass in order for the dough to take shape of the shot glass.
  8. Bake at 170 degree C for 20 Mins
  9. Let it cool inside the oven. After cooling remove it from the oven.
  10. De-mould the cookie glasses.
  11. Mango Cream filling -
  12. Remove the mango pulp and add cream to it. Mix it till properly Incorporated.
  13. Add sugar if required depending on the sweetness of the mango.
  14. Fill up the edible cookie shots with mango cream filling.
  15. Enjoy the delicious taste. Serve chilled.
