  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2cup milk
  • Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
  • 4 Tbs sugar
  • Caster sugar to sprinkle
  • Whipping cream
  • Bread 4 slices
  • Fresh cherries or any fruit to garnish

How to make French toast with Fresh cream

  1. Whip the whipping cream and set aside to chill.
  2. In a bowl break the eggs.
  3. Add milk and sugar and the vanilla essence.
  4. Mix well till sugar well dissolved. Soak bread and add to frying pan containing oil.
