Choclate Panna cotta

Ingredients to make Choclate Panna cotta

  • Milk 500 ml
  • Cocoa powder 5 tbsp
  • sugar 10 tbsp or as per taste
  • Fresh cream 100 ml
  • Agar agar/ gelatin

How to make Choclate Panna cotta

  1. Heat milk, add sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  2. When a little warm, add cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. In boiling water dissolve agar agar, strain and add to the milk - cocoa mixture.
  4. Whip fresh cream and add to milk - cocoa mixture, before adding whipped cream see that cocoa milk mixture is at room temperature.
  5. Pour mixture in individual ramekins, glasses or dish. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  6. Put in refrigerator to set overnight or 7 to 8 hours, serve chilled.
