Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 slices of bread
  2. rose syrup 1 cup
  3. fresh malai 1/2 cup
  4. vanilla ice cream 1 tablespoon
  5. coloured dessicated coconut 1 cup

Instructions

  1. using the help of a cookie cutter cut small roundrels from the bread
  2. add malai and vanilla ice cream well
  3. take a piece of round bread and spread the malai n vanilla ice cream mixture
  4. now keep another piece of bread on it
  5. now put the sandwich in the rose syrup
  6. roll it over dessicated coconut and cover it completely
  7. refrigerate for 1/2 an hour and serve
  8. or serve immediately
