ABOUT Creamy mashed potatoes RECIPE

A very quick yet tasty recipe from my childhood.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6-8 medium sized boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cup sour cream
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. Salt to taste
  5. A Pinch of Black Pepper
  6. 2 tablespoon garlic oil
  7. Few drops of lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them properly. Add garlic oil, salt, black pepper and mix well.
  2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  3. Now add the mashed potatoes and mix them until a smooth paste is obtained.
  4. Finally add few drops of lime and enjoy the creamy mashed potatoes.
