Ingredients to make Mango filled with Ice Cream

  • mango - ripe
  • Ice cream of choice (Vanilla flavour)

How to make Mango filled with Ice Cream

  1. Carefully cut one end of the mango and extract the stone.
  2. Add the ice cream in it till almost full.
  3. Place in the freezer for a few hours till nicely frozen.
  4. You can peel before filling the ice cream or now. Cut and serve or have a whole.

My Tip:

Carefully deseed the mango, let the skin remain intact.
