Corn Chaat

Ingredients to make Corn Chaat

  • 1 Totapuri mango, finely chopped
  • Peeled Sweet corn 1 cup
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Dhania/coriander for garnish
  • Butter 1 tsp to saute the sweet corn

How to make Corn Chaat

  1. Take a pan, add butter and sweet corn. Saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Keep it in fridge till it cools down.
  3. Take a big bowl and mix all the chopped vegetables and corn.
  4. Add all the dry spices. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with dhania and serve chilled.

My Tip:

Do not forget to keep the leftover chaat in fridge.
