ABOUT Mango Fritters RECIPE

An easy snack from half ripened mango to enjoy your tea time. Try this mango fritters, you just love the crispy outer shell with the sweet, tangy and soft mango inside and it’s perfect with some hot tea. Select the mango that’s slightly firmer ones as they tend to soften once they’re hot. If it is too soft, you’ll not be able to handle it enough to get the batter on.
