Mango Fritters

Ingredients to make Mango Fritters

  • maida 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Half ripened mango - 2 (Peeled and cut into wedges)
  • honey 2 tsp
  • Any cooking oil for deep frying

How to make Mango Fritters

  1. Mix maida, corn flour, rice flour, cardamom powder with 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of milk.
  2. Add honey to the above mixture and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Dip the mango wedges into the batter and gently slide it into the hot oil and fry on a medium flame till it becomes golden colour on both sides.
  5. Drain it in a colander, yummy mango fritters are ready to be served.
  6. Enjoy with a cup of hot tea.
