About Mango Smoothie Recipe

A simple and nutritious fruit smoothie for the kids. In this recipe, Mango induces body heat to soar up to overcome. It is a must to add a coolant so I have added yogurt as a coolant.

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients to make Mango Smoothie

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ¼ cup fresh yoghurt
  • 7 almonds
  • 15 raisins
  • 1 tbsp honey

How to make Mango Smoothie

  1. Soak almonds and raisins in some water. Peel the skin of the almonds and grind to a smooth paste along with the raisins.
  2. In a blender, add sliced mango, yoghurt and honey. Blend to a smooth mixture and at the end add the almond and raisin paste.
  3. Pulse again and serve chilled.

My Tip:

Adjust the sweetness by adding honey to your kid's preference. Use the water used for soaking almonds and raisins for dilution.
