Mango ice cream

Ingredients to make Mango ice cream

  • mango pulp 2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • cream 1 cup
  • mango essence 1 tsp
  • MIlk 2 cup
  • Liquid chocolate for garnishing
  • Cherry for garnishing

How to make Mango ice cream

  1. Blend the mango pulp and sugar in a jar. Keep aside.
  2. Boil the milk, add cornflour in 2 tbsp of cold milk. When the milk boils, add the cornflour mixture in boiling milk. Stir it continuously, when it becomes thick turn off the gas.
  3. Add the mango pulp, mango essence and cream in hot milk. Let it cool. Pour the mixture in a plastic box. Cover with a lid and keep in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Take it out from the fridge and mix nicely with a hand mixer. Keep it in the fridge again. Do this process 2 to 3 times. Your creamy smoothy mango ice cream is ready to be served.
  5. Garnish with chocolate, cherry and serve it cool.
