About Instant Mango Pickle Recipe

Its one of my mom's signature recipe.

Instant Mango Pickle

Ingredients to make Instant Mango Pickle

  • Raw mango - 1 Big Size
  • red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • hing - 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Gingelly oil - 1 tbsp
  • mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry red chilli - 1
  • curry leaves - 1 sprig

How to make Instant Mango Pickle

  1. Cut the mango into small pieces. Marinate with salt, red chilli powder, roasted fenugreek powder, hing and turmeric powder. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seeds,once it splutter add the dry red chilli and curry leaves.
  3. Pour this tadka over the marinated pickle. Mix well . Cool and store it up to 2-3 days.
