Ingredients to make Mango Sharbat

  • 1 big mango
  • 2 cups chilled water
  • 3-4 tablespoons sugar

How to make Mango Sharbat

  1. Wash and peel the mango and take out the pulp.
  2. Grind pulp into a very fine paste and add sugar and 2 cups chilled water and pulse for a few seconds.
  3. Pass this through a strainer.
  4. Your mango sharbat is ready. Serve it chilled!
