Eggless Mango Cream Cheese Brownie

Ingredients to make Eggless Mango Cream Cheese Brownie

  • 130 gms maida
  • 60 gms butter
  • 200 gms condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup butter milk
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp mango essence
  • 80gms creamcheese
  • 30 ml condensed milk
  • 1/4tsp Vanilla extract

How to make Eggless Mango Cream Cheese Brownie

  1. Method Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda and sieve this together to ensure even mixing. Keep this aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the mango puree, condensed milk, butter and mango extract until combined.
  3. Alternate the dry ingredients and buttermilk.
  4. Pour the batter in 10 X 10" pan.
  5. Lightly beat the cream cheese add all ingredients and mix well , put the dollops on batter and make swirls.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degree C for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool down for 10 minutes and the invert in a wire rack.
