  3. Yellow Capsicum big 1
  4. Green Capsicum big 1
  5. Carrot Big 2
  6. Cabbage small
  7. Beans 10-15
  8. Green chillies 2
  9. Garlic crushed 6-8
  10. Onion big 2 sliced
  11. Butter 2 tbsp
  12. Salt
  13. Coriander leaves to garnish
  14. Roasted Paneer
  15. Roasted sesame seeds
  16. For Gun powder
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  18. 1/2 to 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  19. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  20. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  21. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  22. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  23. 1/2 tsp amchur powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 6-8 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES
  3. ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF THINLY SLICED CARROTS, BEANS & CABBAGE
  5. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF SLICED TRI COLOURED CAPSICUM, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
  6. SEASON WITH 1 TSP SALT
  7. COVER & COOK UNTIL SOFT
  8. TAKE 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC, RED CHILLI & PEPPER POWDERS
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF CORIANDER, GARAM MASALA & FENNEL POWDERS
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, MIX WELL
  11. ADD THE DRY MASALAS TO THE COOKED VEGETABLES, MIX
  12. GARNISH WITH 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. ADD 3 TSP READY STUFFING ON A ROTI
  14. PLACE 3 ROASTED COTTAGE CHEESE CHUNKS
  15. SPRINKLE ROASTED SESAME ON TOP, ROLL
  16. SERVE WITH KETCHUP OR GREEN CHUTNEY ON THE SIDE
